Yeneneh Tekleyes Woldemikael

Mr. Tekleyes comes with a depth of experience in Executive management and leadership from the aviation industry. His wealth of experience includes as Vice President Marketing at Ethiopian Airlines credit with many of the strategic goals achieved during his tenor. He has also worked as the General Manager for Etihad Airways in various countries and currently working with LAM Mozambique Airways as Commercial Advisor to the executive management. Mr. Tekleyes holds an MBA from Greenwich University Business School in the UK and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Addis Ababa University.

Andy Ras-Work

Andy Ras-Work is a telecommunications engineer and a hands-on serial entrepreneur. He holds majority stakes in industrial SME companies in Switzerland which he has acquired, turned around and placed on a profitable growth path. His mantra has been to turn around, expand or consolidate businesses by managing smart financing with a strong management leadership. While looking to expand his portfolio, he remains an advisor to companies and Private Equity Groups in the areas of Industry, Technology and Media. Previously, Andy was the Chief Operating Officer of WorldSpace Inc, the international satellite radio company he was able to re-structure the $1,8 Billion company and, take public on the NASDAQ stock exchange. He operated the company across North America, Asia, Europe the Middle East and Africa. He joined WorldSpace Inc after serving as President and CEO of Semantix Inc., a VC backed enterprise software firm engaged in enhanced search technologies. Andy Ras-Work also held a succession of senior management positions for Hewlett Packard in Europe and at the World HQs in Silicon Valley. At HP, Andy took on several roles as a director. He notably founded then ran the company’s $150M business-to-business e-commerce and direct sales operations. Andy started his career at ASCOM AG in Switzerland, where he managed telecommunications projects in Europe, Asia and Africa. Born in Ethiopia, Andy has lived and worked in three continents and speaks five languages. He has an MBA from INSEAD, and a BSEE from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is married and has four boys.
